 The FSDS QHSE management System defines the principles and procedures that we follow in conducting our operations worldwide, with specific regard to the quality of our service, the health and safety of personnel, and the care of the environment.

It is a top down approach where leadership, direction and resources are provided by management and where every employee must provide positive evidence of conformance to the system.

FSDS incorporate the standard QHSE Management System model comprising of eight interrelated components:

  • Leadership and commitment
  • Policies and objectives
  • Organization and resources
  • Contractor and supplier management
  • Risk management
  • Business processes
  • Performance monitoring and improvement
  • Audits and reviews

Through observations, auditing and conformance checks on the system our goal is coutinual improvement of our performance.
